The use of the ProsumerCoffee.com website is governed by our General Site Terms and Conditions and other relevant legal terms as set out below. Please read them very carefully as by using the ProsumerCoffee.com website you are indicating your acceptance of them. This website is operated by ProsumerCoffee.com, throughout the site the terms 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to ProsumerCoffee.com.

The term Customer refers to the person purchasing the Goods.

The term Supplier refers to the Supplier of the coffee machine ,coffee beans and accessories.

Placing an Order

Please read our terms and conditions before you place an order with ProsumerCoffee.com. By placing an order on the ProsumerCoffee.com website you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale that are listed below. Nothing in these terms confers or purports to confer on any third party any benefit or any right to enforce any part of these terms pursuant to the contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

When you have decided that you wish to buy from us you simply add that item(s) to your shopping basket. When you are ready click checkout and you will be taken through payment and delivery details.

 For orders made for the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is applicable. VAT is displayed where applicable.

Goods and Services

Whilst we make every effort to make sure that information on this site is accurate we are not responsible if information made available is not accurate, complete or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. Any drawings or descriptive matter are produced for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Goods described. They do not form part of the contract nor do they have any contractual force.

Prices for our products are subject to change withour notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot however guarantee that your computers display of colour will be accuarte.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

A qoute for the Goods is valid for 30 days from its date of issue.You the Customer are responsible for ensuring that the order is complete and accurate.

Delivery

The Supplier will ensure that your Goods are delivered with a delivery note which will show the date of the order, all relevant reference numbers, the type and quality of the Goods. The Goods will be delivered to the location set out in the order. Any dates qouted for delivery are approximate only. The Supplier will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the Goods that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or the Customers failure to provide adequate delivery instructions.

Quality

The Supplier warrants that on delivery and for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery the Goods shall conform in all material respects with their description and be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship. The Customer must give notice in writing to the Supplier if the Goods do not comply with the warranty. The Supplier will repair or replace defective Goods. The Supplier will however not be liable if the defects have arisen as a result of the Customer not following instructions on storage or usage of the Goods.

The risk in the Goods passes to the Customer on completion of delivery.
