We have listed here some of the most common questions that we get asked every week. If your question is not here then please contact us and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we can. If you tell us where you want the coffee machine delivered we will get you a qoute on all shipping costs.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

We offer a number of different delivery options. Standard UK delivery will be approximately 3-5 working days after placing your order. Please discuss your delivery requirements at the time of placing your order.

What happens if I am not at home to receive my delivery?

Due to the value of many of the coffee machines we sell we do not advise that they be left outsiode your delivery adress. A dignature will be required. As such please advise of a neighbour they could be left with.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

It may not be possible to amend or cancel your order as it may have already been despatched

What are the different payment options?

Our payment page lays out in more detail how you can pay but we take all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you need finance to buy your coffee machine we also have a number of options for you.
